Been Lurking for a Long Time!

Thought I would finally get bold and start participating a bit.

So here is a bit about me.... I am a 37 year old woman, I have been working out fairly regularly for probably the last 10 years or so. I have a long background in distance running (ranked 1st in my age group for half marathon and second in the 10K in the state of Wyoming in 2000.) I recently took up jetski racing and now am ranked eighth in the World in the woman's runabout class.

My basic goals are to lose more bodyfat (lighter skis run faster!) and to gain strenght and muscle endurance. I train with weights five days a week:

Shoulders
Chest
Legs
Back
Arms

and I run on the treadmill six days a week.

Anyway, I might be popping in to ask more questions as I start to fine tune my training and nutrition and I just thought I might introduce myself first.

(oh I am six feet tall and weigh about 152, blech!)

Wow! Those are some impressive accomplishments! Welcome aboard!

Thanks for the welcome guys! I am working on committing my goals to paper (okay, files on the hard drive) and soon will be full of questions for all of you!
