Newbie from Missouri
Hello all, My name is Tskull and I am from Missouri. I am 35 and have always been amazed by weights. I started Lifting in OCT of 04 and am now totally addicted. When I started I weighed in at 215 pounds with a BFI of 33% and was on Blood pressure meds and had Diabetes. I am currently at a weight of 195 with a BFI of 15.7% and am no longer on Meds and my blood sugers are normal. And have Bodybuilding to thank for this.
