New member, like the rest!!

What's up everyone?! Basically like most folks here I'm new to the forum, but not so new to fitness and lifting. I'm in Air Force ROTC program at university; one year will be going active duty after I graduate here. Basically Air Force Physical Training sessions only really consist of cardio work and low strength training. So I have recently been in the gym on a 3 day a week constant routine for a good 10 months. My other gym times were similar but the routine would fall apart sometimes. Anyway, like the rest, looking for advice and guidance in working out. I'm a relatively thin guy (6'2" @ 176 lbs.) and have been using Muscle Milk for a few weeks now. The off days I will try to run or do things like pushups and situps. The MM has helped in strength gain and a little pudge around lower ab area gain (cardio I feel will help control that!). Like I said looking for advice and guidance. Thanks!
