Skinny newbie here

Hi, I don't really remember how I ended up here, but I've been reading around on the forums and it looks like there's alot of good information here.

I'm 16, weigh ~135 lbs. and for the past two weeks I have transformed my diet to include 6 meals a day, I get around 150 grams of protein per day (with the help of meal replacement powders) and I work out 3 times a week, basically all that good stuff that is outlined by Anthony Ellis' guide.

So far however, I have not gained a single pound, the scale always reads the same. I do look a little different already, and I am getting stronger, but I don't seem to be gaining weight, if anything I am losing body fat. Of course I've only been using his plan for 2 weeks, but reading the testimonials on his site and judging by his own results it appears that he was able to gain almost 10-12 pounds per month, which to me seems like a very high number. Anyway I was wondering if anyone else has used his program or achieved these same results, and if I can expect to gain mass as I continue with the program.

Oh by the way um hi everyone.

Welcome to Iron Magazine.
If you want to pack on the pounds, you need to eat. At your current age/weight I wouldn't be too concerned about putting on fat, eat anything. Learn to count your calories. There's a lot more help in the Diet/Nutrition forum. Post your questions in there.

Hi welcome.............just my opinion but Anthony E is full of crap....but I could be wrong......but I'm not. just read all the on line journals and the training section and you will figure it all out.
