Im New to the forum
Hey all im from Australia , im doing body building as my new lifestyle .... been doing it for 5 weeks now , 2 body parts a day and so on ... i dont know much about machine names and so on , and this is the first forum ive entered in my entire life , so im sorry if i do something to stuff the forum.
Im aiming to bulk up and be a massive bloke , i was very over weight about 5 months ago , lost 42kg in 4 months which im happy with , and now i want to bulk up hardcore. My Trainning i made myself Monday - Chest , Shoulders Tuesday - Back , Biseps Wednesday - Legs , Calves , Triseps Thursday -Chest , Shoulders Friday - Back , Biseps Saturday - Legs , Calves , Triseps Already i can see a small progress Im taking something before the gym which is called Turbo 3x And after the gym im drinking the shake ( P-40 ) If theres anything i need to know , that will be great , By the way im Bennett. Welcome to IM Bennett.
I have one word for you, OVERTRAIN. Look to do a 4 or 5 day split, your muscles grow during rest, and you have no rest days. Read the stickies in both the diet and training section, these should provide to you a good foundation on which to start. G'Luck. |

Thanks for the replies , Just another Question still learning how to use the forum ... when i have the shakes with protien after the gym should i be using full cream milk or slim milk , as you people may not get these types of milk in USA or overseas , full cream milk is a little fattly or should i use slim white , no fat ??
Oh and by the way i bought some new protien last night , 6KG protien " Asome Mass " In a bucket , costed me $350.00 Australian money. Which is like $500 US . Thanks again all Bennett |
