Hi, im new, also got some questions.
Ok guys i need some serious help. Im 15 year old male. Was active when i was around 13 or so then i started getting hooked on the computer. Im now totally out of shape. Im about 5'5 or something like that not totally sure and around 115 pounds. I wanna get stronger and fit again. How should i start out? Thanks.
p.s. i also take prozac and adirax (sp?), will that harm me? |

thanks, and i dont have a diet really :s Ill also be going to the gym soon just bought membership.

just get in the gym and try to hit the weights, don't overwhel yourself with diet as well at first, but don't write it off it's important.
