hi
I found this site a month ago and thought i should post.Just like to say that this is a great site.i have been weight training on and off since 16 years old.In 2001 i stopped and by Aug 2004 i weighted 285lbs at 5feet 4 ins.in Aug 2004 i started working out and lost 115lbs in 8 months and put 12lbs of lean back on.I never want to get that way again.this site has been great for keeping me motivated.thank you Dion |
