New here.
What's up to everyone. Well I'm hoping to gain more knowledge in weight lifting. Right now I'm looking to lean up some. I'm 6'8 around 295lbs. Start back lifting about a year and a half ago.

Welcome! Wow, 6'8 and 295? You're one big guy! You're so tall I have no idea if 295 is too much weight or not. Either way, if you lean out while keeping your muscle gains, you'll be one imposing dude. Check out the diet advice.
