since your 152 pounds do all the sit ups you can, go to wal mart and by a 2hand curl bar and start off curling 20 pounds. Good luck!

not really, i was sorto f hoping i could get a routine/ diet that i could do at home to tone up my body(mainly abs, waist, and chest, and arms) i have a benchpress, some free weights, curlbar and a few other things and id have no problem purchasing some other equipment if it will help tone up my body enough for me to be plzed with.
