hey sup all just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.
Names Jeremy Rumbolt, I'm 16 y/o from NL, Canada.
I'm 5 '10 and weigh 152 lb currently playing HS basketball and provincial hockey. Hoping i could get some good advice on these forums in the future to improve my game and tone up my body

since your 152 pounds do all the sit ups you can, go to wal mart and by a 2hand curl bar and start off curling 20 pounds. Good luck!

not really, i was sorto f hoping i could get a routine/ diet that i could do at home to tone up my body(mainly abs,waist,and chest,and arms) i have a benchpress,some free weights,curlbar and a few other things and id have no problem purchasing some other equipment if it will help tone up my body enough for me to be plzed with.
