Hi Everyone
Just wanted to say hi and Introduce myself.
My name is Chris I'm 29 years old and live in British Columbia, Canada. I am just looking for a good forum to get some tips on developing a better body, I hope this is the place. I had stoped going to the gym for many years and as I got older, well I got fatter. Anyway I am just coming to the end of a twelve week goal. So I now have the gym in my lifestyle again and I started off at over 220lbs and I am now under 205lbs so I am happy with my success but now need to get worker harder to develope that harder body. For the past twelve week I have been runnig 3 - 4 times a week and weight training 4-6 times a week. I love my gym and enjoy going I alos love running. Now I have a goal to get as close to an awesome beach body that I can by summer. I have completely changed the way I eat. 5 time a day, I don't eat after dinner. I use protein for two of my snacks and use greens+ a, multi vitamin, fish oil, and Glucosamine sulfate for running. So I am plateauing lately my weight loss is decreasing and I want to devlope better muscles, I don't want to be huge but would love a great body. If anyone has any suggestions on how to develope a new workout program starting January I would be grateful for the help. I have been talking with a few friends who are trainers, one has suggested I cut out the running for a few months focus on weight traing, and eat 200grams of protein a day, then trim down before the summer, any input I'll post a picture of me for input, It's not great but it's better then I was 15-20lbs ago LOL ![]() |
