Hey my names Andy im from discussbodybuilding.com. Coming here because I wanted to have more members around that are active. Any how I been bodybuilding for 4 years now. Currently weight 170 at 5'8 with 7% bodyfat, bench 300, squat 420, and deadlift 385 are so far my highest PR. Goals of now are to increase weight to 175 while increasing my PR's.
