Hey my name is Rob and I have been working out for about 2 years now and just really got back in about 2 months ago, my goal is to be about 180lbs
im 165lbs now im 5'11 just fyi. Im currently taking No Xplode and CellMass but about to start stacking that with 17Hydroxy-mesterone and Primodrol from Dynamic Nutrition Alternitives. Hope to get lots of great info.
Probalby the same body type as me. Im 5'11 175, had to work and eat my ass off to get up there. Dial your diet in and it will become easy. I have alot of trouble getting enough meals in, so I end up throwing whole eggs in a blender with some milk and whey or ice cream, quick 500+ cals. You probably need 2500-3000 cal every day with atleast 225 grams of protein to start puttin on those last solid pounds. Try to plan something out you can stick to, see how it works for a week or 2 and adjust as needed.
yeah eating is def a prob i work a 12 hour shift and its at night so its hard to keep a normal eating schedule. But yeah i know i def need to eat more, when i was on m1t 4ad back in the day it made me hungry and i could eat like a horse its def much harder now, i wish there was something that would make you want to eat.
