I am Konan...
Hi everyone at IronMagazine.Com. I've decided to join up so that I can use all my knowledge and experience to help an advise anyone who is struggling with any aspect of their bodybuilding goals, from diet, routines, supplements..etc..
I have been training for 7 years now and started out as 10.5 stone kid at 6foot 2 inches. I am now 17stone dead, 48.5inch chest, 19inch biceps, a wicked V-Taper and 34inch waist....the plus side to all this....I've never been in a gym!! All my gains are 100% natural, never taken any illegal supplements other than those than you can buy from chemists. I have been training at home in my bedroom for 7 years now using only York free weights which I purchased from Argos. I am lucky that I have good genetics and the fact my muscles can respond to lighter than usual poundage. I hardly lift heavy at all!

Yes...ive gotta say im extremely weak when it comes to lifting weights but somehow my genetics allow for my muscles to respond to lower weights..(I aint talkin' pussy weight...but for my size, i should be lifting a hell of a lot more!)
