Hi guys just thought i would introduce myself. I live over the water in the UK, 20 and at uni. Used to play rugby and 13st, got a gf (just got finished with) went upto about 17st (tell me bout it) now wanna change that into muscle mass just wondering if theres anywhere to get a free weights programme. Legs are quite large as i used to sprint so the power is in the legs, just the arms, stomach need changing to muscle.
