    Felicitations

    New member here. Have been on various boards / list-serv discussion groups for about a decade. This board came highly recommended by Jodi, who as asked me to share some of my knowledge, functioning as a technical oracle in health and nutrition. I've been active in strength training for about a decade and have spent about three decades in basic and applied sciences as a senior investigator.

    I look forward to meeting and getting to know many of you.
