Hi There - New. Looking to build and tone

    Hi there!
    I'm new to the forums....

    Here's a bit about me:
I'm from the UK, and I'm 18 years old. I'm 5'10 and weigh 10stone (give or take a pound).

I'm quite slim, but my arms are stocky built (muscle).

I'm looking to tone up, but build my chest.
I've started doing 3 sets of 20 reps with 5kg. Doing press ups in the intervals in between.

It only takes about 15 minutes to do the whole workout.

Then I have a situp machine (one of those ones you rest your head on and rock forwards and backwards on). I do 3 sets of 20 of those too.

You're probably thinking I want to be a total poser - but I just want to be a bit more confident in my body.... fit the "tank top" properly and become a little fitter.

I'm not looking to be absolutely huge, I'm just looking to be "comfortable"

I hope that makes sense and thanks for any replies in advance!

    Thanks
    Amnesia
