After reading these forums off and on for the past 2 years it's finally time to make a contribution. The main reason for not posting is pure laziness, hey at least I'm honest. I've got to say thanks to the regular posters here who I've gained a tremendous knowledge from and although not in the best shape of my life I would be a lot worse off if it wasn't for you.
A little history on me before I make some posts in the training and diet forums. I am 32yo, 5'6" and 172 lbs. My fighting weight is 150lbs but I won't mind being over as long as my BF% is low.
History has been up and down with bouts of full on weight training, only running to nothing at all. I’m basically into 6 weeks of weight training after 6 months off. Before that I did weight training and running mostly for about 2 years.
