hi ppl...
i'm no newbie....
17 years old, 78 kgs @ 17% bf..
i've 2 years training experience and i am a VERY active member on MANY bb forums...
i decided to sign-up and introduce myself
this looks like an interesting website and i'm curious to know what goes on here
i wont say "although i am young with little training experience, i have a SHITLOAD of knowledge from all the reading i do".. instead, u'll find that out when you read my posts...
