    Yes, Hello

Well, I'm actually kinda new to lifting weights, but I'm sure there are people here willing to help. I've talked to KEFE and he says that he will help me and things like that. I sorta know a decent amount about lifting like what most excersises are, but I don't know very many poses. I used to have a kinda good chest for my age, but that was a long time ago when I used to work out. Today, my chest is pretty lame. Now, my biceps look more impressive to me, even though they're not really impressive compared to other people, period. I'm 14, by the way, and I will post some pictures after the next time I work out. I don't have a workout schedule yet, because I don't know what day of the week I'll have the time. My homework(8th grade, and algebra I) is usually pretty heavy, or at least it takes me a long time. Boy, that's a good bit of typing, don't you think? I think I'll leave it at that...
Well, I won't say my stats right now, because they're actually pretty pathetic. I used to workout years ago, but it was on and off anyway.

Oh yeah, if anyone's wondering, I'm just skinny. I have a little bit of definition...I'm gonna take a few pics right now just to show what's up.
