    I need some information...

Hi. I'm new to this website and don't know how often I'll use it, but I do have one question that I need answered.

I'm 5'11" and 125lbs. (no, I'm NOT anorexic nor do I have an eating disorder. In fact I eat all the time!!) My question is how can I tone and strengthen my muscles without making them bigger? Can anyone answer this question?

No you don't. If you did you would gain weight. I thought I used to eat a lot. Try eating 4000 calories a day. Every day for 2 weeks. Give it a whirl. Read the stickies in the diet section and training section.
