Hello all,
Im a new member, Just lookin to get informed. I just finished my first figure competition and was NOT prepared for the weight gain afterward. What is the typical process ladies?... Or once your into this do you have to follow a STRICT diet, 24/7....I set my mind to doing this for a mental and physical challenge and loved the end result. My trainer said to take a week off and wow... did I put on the weight.. However the diet, became such a mental game it sucked. But I probably put on 15lbs in two weeks.. thats crazy..
so if I dont get back on a STRICT diet, I just keep getting fatter?.... I guess it was a needed weight gain after being depleted for so long but it happened so fast. I refuse to go up 2 pants sizes in 3 weeks... Whats the deal. currently I follow a relaxed diet and in the gym 6 days a week. But what happens if you dont want to compete but just want a great body. How does the diet/workout process work then?..I may just need a trainer to get back to normal.. so many questions, so little knowledge.... Any help is appreciated.
