    New here!

    Hey! I am new to the site.

    24yrs old
    181lbs
    5'6"
    17 1/2 arms
    competitive bench presser

    glad to be here. I got on here to see what i could learn to improve mass and strength.

    I am looking for advice on to gain about 15lbs pound body weight and a few pounds on my bench press. . . anyone that has any advice diet wise. . . and program wise please let me know

    I have to ask. How much can you bench press?
