Referred by a friend on this board, unsure of his use name though. Been lurking here for awhile, and just decided to join.
Just graduated the Fire Academy and in school for EMT now, really need help on my routines. I'm here to cut down, keep my strength and finally get some endurance (been powerlifting for a few years).
Anyone who can steer me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
I suggest going thru each forum and taking the time to read the stickies. There is great info in there reguarding diet, workout plans, and general health. Should a question arise, create a new thread on the topic in the corresponding forum. Good luck with your goals and welcome.
