For those of you who can break me in half

I'm new. My name is Dan

I'm 6 feet, 150 pounds (it's true). I'm currently 19 and a freelance musician working a day job trying to pay for school. I'm not really interested in MASSIVE gains in terms of muscles. As a drumset player, I'm interested in fitness. I'm doing some weight training, but not pushing really heavy weight. I'm also doing extensive cardio training. I do running and rollerblading. Well, in terms of physique, I have a 30 inch waiste. I think my chest is about 50" now. Haven't measure my legs, and my arms are probably about 12 inches. So, I'm not bulked, but I'm not totally skin and bones. That's about it. Sorry, no self-promoting pornography( yes, I read the thread rules). Hopefully, I can try getting some photos of my physique. I'm here for more fitness tips and weight loss material. I've been going the natural route so far. Discuss away!

Well your chest is not 50 inches, if your arms are 12 then your chest is prolly like 41. But its ok, just a guess I suppose. Welcome to IM.

I would lift heavier. You aren't going to accidently get too big. It is difficult to gain mass and lifting light to avoid getting too big will just result in you not changing at all. Train hard and you will slowly gradually get bigger. If you get as big as you want, then consider cutting back on the training. You aren't going to ever wake up some day, look in the mirror and say, "damn I shouldn't have worked out so hard, I am way too big now"

Are you implying I have boobs?
