Lets start there.
well im 5'11 145lbs. and im obviously very thin. too thing. ive been trying to gain some weight for a while now. i just cant gain weight at all, ive been skinny my whole life. everyone in my family has the ability to gain weight except for me. i just want to gain weight how is this a problem for me? i eat so much and i just shit it right out. im guessing my metabolism is really high. what can i take that has the least side-effects possible with a reasonable cost? i dont excersize or do any sports like i used to. i pretty much work and go to school all day. i work at a service deli and eat anyting i want till i almost throw up. i eat a lot of fried chicken, potato salad, potatoe wedges, etc. what is wrong with me please help thanks!

1. i dont do any training, not till i gain weight
2. i have no clue, i dont pay attention, i just eat a lot, mostly unhealthy foods
