Glad to be here!!! Im a newbie!!

    Hey guys and gals,
I just found this site and it looks cool. My immediate goals are to gain about another 20# to my frame but I am a hard gainer. At my age though I really belive my metabolism is slowing down and i am gaining weight just in the wrong areas. I weighed myself the other day and i am up to 165# but I am 6'1 also. It seems that when I start to gain weight I gain it all in the belly. I am starting to train again but it is slow going. I am looking for a nice three day maintain workout for the next 3 weeks then getting into a more serious workout. I am really looking for some good diet tips also. Well se ya soon gang and we will hopefully talk.

First off welcome. Secondly a 3 day workout (with weights) is the way to go whenever training hard. I dont lift more than 4 days a week in the first place. A push/legs/pull routine is probably what you are looking for. That would be Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
