Not new, but haven't visited in about 2 years...

    Hi,

I have young children and am trying to drop the pregnancy weight. Went into a fitness store, and am stacking some different supplements per their advice. Collagen at night, a fat burner, and CLE (I think this is what it's called and that it's supposed to burn stored fat and tell new fat to "get lost")

Before pregnancy I was 5'2" and weighed 89 pounds. My pregnancies were rough, high risk, so I was given steroids to help develop the babies lungs before they were born prematurely. It was a guarantee they would be premature.

All babies are healthy, but boy did I pack on the weight. (I grew too. Went from 5'2" to 5'4". Can't complain about that!) I got to 210 pounds with the first pregnancy (cut me some slack, I carried triplets...) and 190 with the second pregnancy. Needless to say, steroids and me don't get along.

After gaining the weight synthetically, taking it off was very, very hard. I'm now a size 6, but would like to be a size 2 again (although not at 89 pounds, I'd be happy at 105 pounds.)

For exercise I use the PreCor Elliptical Trainer 6 days a week, and do 6 miles, starting out at level 1, moving to level 3, then 5, then 7. I alternate forwards and backwards. For upper body, I kayak 3x a week. (City of Los Angeles has a wonderful, inexpensive program, cheaper than just about any gym, if you want information, just let me know!)

I'll let you all know how it goes. If anyone has any information on what are the best supplements to use, or any tips, on diet, supplements, and/or exercise, please let me know.

    Thanks.
