Welcome to IM
I've been training for about 16 years (took a year or so off). But, I've been back for a year now. Currently dropping weight (fat) and going to start a cycle soon. I need help though, I injured my should a year ago, it healed, and last week I injured it again doing dumbbell bench pressing. I slips slightly out of place. I have a problem with pain at the bottom of the rep doing flat bench, but I can lower the weight and the pain goes away. All other chest exercises are fine (incline, decline, fly, peck deck, etc.). Will my chest develop evenly with lighter flat bench. Just wondering. Thanks and love your website. Definately the best on the web.

You guys are going to lose. You might as well just cheer for me, because Boston isn’t winning in Boston for the season opener. I’m sorry. " - Gilbert Arenas

If its popping outa place I would be afraid to do much weight at all. I would check with your doc and go from there. I know that advice is pretty typical, but true.
