    Another Beginner!

Hey Just like to introduce myself and say a little, let me know what you think, Thanks. My name is Jonathan I am 17 years of age, I use to lift almost a year ago, but my partener went away to college and I lost all my motivation. Motivation is a big aspect in this hobby. Anyways im always physically fit, always looking to put on wieght and never to loose any. I weigh about 132 and am maybe 5'7. I would like to weigh 150 but thats just a goal. I started working out again for about a month now and this is what im doing. Trying to GAIN MASS. Its said to be diet accounts for about 80% percent for ones success. I am eating right, and eating more and training i think properly. I need calories to my understaing. I was told to eat 25 calories per pound of body weight. So i weigh 132 i must consume 3300 calories a day. I eat Lean cuts of beef. Buffalo meat chicken, Truckey , All fish, Peanut butter, Rice, Salads, All vegtables, All fruit and All cheese. I try to stay away from soda i drink a ton of water, more than 10 8oz glasses. And also stay away from reprocessed foods and from refined sugar. I eat 4 meals a day and will start including 2 shakes. 32 percent of protein 40 percent of carbohydrates and 28 percent of fats. Then i lift hard and have lots of rest. ON mondays i bench press 2 sets of 5. Weighted Dips 2 sets of 10 Skull crushers 2 sets of 8 calf raises 2 sets of 20 Tuesday T bar rows 3 sets of 6 dumbbell shoulder presswes 2 sets of 6 and barbell curls 3 sets of 8. On wendsday i get as much rest as possible. Thursday i bench press 2 sets of 8 incline press 2 sets of 8 skull crushers 2 sets of 8 deadlifts 2 sets of 20 calf raises 2 sets of 20. and friday wide grip chins 2 sets of as many as possible. curl grip chins 2 sets of as many as possible dumbbell shoulder presses 2 sets of 8 and dumbbell hammer curls 2 sets of 8. Saturday and Sunday i get as much rest as possible. I am also on a few suppliments starting this monday July 31. 100% Whey Protein, Leukic, Mega Man Sport Vitamins and if im hungry during the day or at work and dont have time to eat something i snack on a Me-Rx Big 100 Meal Replacement bar. Thats pretty much it. I would like to start creatine but not right off the bat. I was also told about Gakic with my Leukic but i read that its a waste of money. Thanks for reading and tell me what you think. And not to mention i get a lot of rest and drink a lot of water. I am never seen with an empty glass of water.
