Sorry i broke your rules by posting first before doing this.
About me: I am a 46 year old man who has up until recently stayed in shape by golfing regular and running. I bought a new Condo that has a Gym type deal on the grounds and have just started with weights, machines etc........ So when i ran across this forum, I figured I could get some general info on what i'm doing right, wrong etc......
I'm married to my very beautiful wife Sara for 22 years now last month and have 5 grown and almost grown children ranging in ages from 15-27. So it is really time for PawPaw to get serious about health. Anyway as you can see I am a talker, so look forward to meeting some new friends here.
Oh and can I keep the link in my sig? It was just automatic to put it on everything since it's my newest pet project, but if you want to delete it, that's fine.
