Hi everyone my name is Russ. Ive been a member of this board for a year or so i just have never really been on and introduced myself. I am turning 20 in sept, 5'9 and ab 260lbs, and just started lifting again after having one year off figuring out school and my career. Ive been lifing for about 2 weeks. I started taking NO2 after about a half a week of lifting than just recently i started talking anator p70 after workouts. I also have a whey protien shake with my breakfast. I plan on playing football for a semi pro like league next year with my friend. I am trying to get around the 240-250 range for weight and play fullback and linebacker. I really do need to get in the best shape possiable light practices start around mid january with some indoor stuff. I payed football, wrestled and did some powerlifting last year and broke a few school records with that. Im trying to go above and beyond that. My record that i broke were for a 220 class i weighed 203 at the time and my records were 297 bench, around 470 for squat and dead lift. Im really trying to get way past that. I ve been working out almost everyday lifting different part everyother day and only took one day off. I feel so week compared to where i was. I really dont know how i can losse some of this ulgy fat and gain my strength at the same time i am going to stick with my supplements for a while and see what kind of results they will give me over a 2month time. I just really dont know what i should be eating and how exactly i should be working out. It was so easy being in shape duing high school with all the sport i played, but now its like nails on a chalkboard. Ive been eating a healthy 3 meals a day,NO2 30min before breakfast whis is one of my bigger meals now eating 3 eggs banana multivitams, and a whey protien shake. lunch usually consist of a sandwich with eaither turkey or pp and j along with a yougert, low fat/suggerless pudding and some crackers/ quaker rice snacks and some times fruit. Dinner is usually what ever my parents cook/ in the house. but ive been trying hard to keep it somewhat small and healthy. i work form 730 to 430 so i start my workout around 500 or so and get done around 7. i take n02 in the morning 30min before breakfast and 30 min before workout. and anator right after my workout. I am feeeling some quick gains and some good pumps. im just concerend about my diet. i have no fridge at my work nor a microwave at this time. i dont know when and what i should be eating at what times to get the best for my body. i understand eating 5-6meals a day but i dont know how much and of what really. i do have a huge appitite but it just makes me feel like i am getting fatter eating more times than i usually do. all i have been drinking is water and milk. once in a while a sip of juice. i really just need to shed like 10-15 lbs and get back on track. any advise you can offer to me would mean a lot.
thanks for puttin up with this long post.
