Hello all, been reading post for a few days now since finding this forum. Looks like a great place to learn a few things.
I'm older (47) and have been lifting for three years now after a long break working & raising my kids.
Not so much into the building as the fitness part.
6' - 220 lbs, working out 3 days for an hour in the gym off days are cardio. I find being older an occasional break of a week off or cutting back to two days in the gym for a week helps with gains. Due to time restrictions I pretty much stick to a varied but full body workout.
Recently purchased Tom Venuto's book for some good reading regarding nutrition.
