    Hello new here

Ok hey nice to meet all of yous

    Little problem

In my second year of uni i started going to the gym and starts to build mass

i went from about 11stone 4 to 13 stone and im happy (was)

Well ive finished uni and have been working out at home with dumbells

Im doing about 25KG each arm and the normal thing 30 reps of each chest work out (10 at a time lol)

em normal bench press, iner and decline and butter fly press (i might have the names rong)

I also do my arm work outs which is 16kg each arm and its been fine.

At the gym i was using the bench and machince but at home just the dumbells and i got bigger doing this but in the past em month i cut out cap like chirps and so on because i started to notice i didnt have a 6 pack any more and started to get a gut which scared me.

But now it seems im getting thinner and i can even feel my chest getting smaller. Ive been taking protein shakes after every work out.

Put it this way i couldnt fit into most of the t shirts because my chest was bigger but now i cna also get into them again.

my weekly work out would be like this (at home)

monday 30 normal bench press 50kg
    incline bench press 30
    butter fly bench press 30
120 push ups 120 sit ups 9not allways tho)

    wedensday (just my arms)
    30 curls
em i dont no wht its called but i lift the weight across my chest so from my left hip to my right shoulder.
and finaly 30 em where you push the weight from in front of you to behind you as far up as i can push it.

    friday
    30 bench press
    30 decline bench
    30 butter fly bench
    120 push ups/sit ups
Now ive got a funny feeling its because ive cut out food as in i used to eat a lot more with being of uni but i thought o no im putting fat on.

But then i thought mab im just getting used to the size and not getting any bigger? but then my t shirs r fiting again.

So sorry for th first long post lol. but any help will be great.

That is one of the worst workouts I have ever read. You need to read up in the training section and start to put a better workout together fast. Training just chest and biceps is beyond silly,
