New to the Forum
Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum, I'm 32 and have been generally inactive as far as physical activity for the past few years. In my early 20's I was very athletic and have since lost it. My goal now is to turn my life around more importantly my physique and to get back my athletic abilities. I have been working out for about 5 weeks now and have actually slimmed down in my waist size but gained about 10lbs in muscle mass. Its looking good, I have been experimenting with different supplements to help in my process, so far I have found good results with Teststack (precision engineered), oxylene vasodilator, and creatine (cee). Anyway glad to be here.
