    need advice

    Hello all,

    I'll start with,

    28 male
    5'11"
    235 lbs
    18% body fat
    bench: not able yet
    squat: not able yet

    4 years ago I was:

    205 lbs
    6% body fat
    bench: 240
    squat: 350
all natural on a normal diet and vitamins, worked out 3 times a week.

I fell through a ceiling 4 years ago and have been unable to work out. For the first 2 and a half years I could not walk and I was up to 260 lbs. just from walking I have been able to lose a little (25 lbs in less than a year, then leveled off). I have had three surgeries, one knee and two shoulder (work comp is why its been 4 years) I'm finishing up physical therapy now and they have not been as helpful as I was hoping they would be. Due to it being a work comp case they will not help me get back into shape. They are just working on toning my shoulder and don't care about the rest of me. They wont even give therapy on my knee. say that walking is going to strengthen it just fine.(B.S. in my book)

I am hoping that someone can tell me how to build up my stamina faster, is there a supplement or something I could use (I can ask for just about anything from my doc. but I have no clue what to ask for. he's no help unless I ask the right question) I need help bring my energy level up and staying up for most of the day. I am wanting to get to the gym everyday but do not have the energy for it. I have cut out all the junk food, been drinking between one to two gals. of water a day. Taking my "one a day" and ester-c. I need something to give me a little kick or pick me up. I tried drinking monsters, red bull, rock star, three to four triple shot espressos and many other so called energy drinks. they just help me pee in different colors.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated
