Hello!

I am a competitive BBer in the UK, second season, however I am injured right now!

I am obsessed by bodybuilding! Actually what is that phrase:

Obsession is used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.

I came across this forum by accident and it looked interesting so I thought I would register! I am off sick from work, I really need to take a wee break from training, and I will be BORED at home.

OH it is a combo of things

1. Old injury from rock-climbing (ITB pull) and a previous bike crash has flared up

2. Bike crash almost two weeks ago

3. I broke up a domestic fight on the street, chap was smacking his GF up, I pulled him off, and he kicked me in the calf!

My new fav expression is 'if you are going to be dumb, better be tough'
