Hi, I'm new here...
Hi all,
My name is Carl and I'm 25yrs old 5'10" and weigh 130lbs. I have been taking Twin Lab Super Gainer but I'm not seeing the resaults I want to. Can someone please give me some good advise and tips on how to put some meat on my bones. I eat all day long and still can't put on a single pound. Both of my brothers used to be the same way untill they started taking steroids, but I wanna try and work around that. PLEASE HELP....... Thanks Carl |

Try entering everything you eat into a site like www.fitday.com for a week. Post exactly what you ate - how many total calories, protein, carbs and fat a day. Get consistant with your calorie intake every day, if you haven't gain weight in a couple weeks, add 300 more calories and keep watching it again. For every couple of weeks that you don't gain weight, add 300-500 more calories. It might get uncomfortable trying to eat that much at first but you will adapt. It is impossible to keep upping your calories and to never gain weight. |

Well from the way it sounds you havent been into this for very long at all. I wouldnt take any type of steroid until you get some years of training under your belt. you are going to grow none the less. I would like to see what you are shoving into your mouth everyday.
