    46 and flabby

Hey all.... well after a 112 pound loss 6 years ago I have a problem.
Aside from gaining abck just abit of that weight, the belly area just wont snap back, no matter howmuch exercise I do,, My intoro is simple.. I am a46 yearold mom, who has been overweight all of my life. After sleeping for 3months ina semi diabetic coma i lost 112 pounds. I am stable now at 220.
I want to get down to 180.
anyway from that weight loss my skin just doesnt seem to want to go back.
I woudl ove to have strong arms again and get rid of some of this stomach that just hangs........
