I have been lifting steady now for the last 2 months and need to start a good diet plan. I have been lifting off and on for the last 2 years. I have been using protein shakes and muscle milk daily before and after my work outs. Eating six times daily I am 6'-2" 200lbs looking to bulk also loose a little gut or both at the same time. My work outs are usually 1 1/2hr to 2hrs typically with 1/2 hr of cardio at the end. I just started useing CEE 2caps B-4 work out and 2 after. If I up that to say 3 or 4 B-4 and after will it do any thing more to help me?
