i am about 275lbs and I am looking for a way to help take down the pounds. I have a very hectic schedule and it is hard for me to get to the gym.
My primay concern is to seek advise in improving my diet. PLEASE ANY ADVISE
I am currently taking Lean Fuel Extreme" and have been cuttin back on the crap food. To add I am a hypoglocymic.
What should be my primary goals/concerns be that I need to improve on
primarily. Thanks
