Unless you have some sort of chronic health problem, there's not reason to hold back.
You could be having those problems for any number of reasons. You could be over-training. You could be using sub-par form. You're diet might be lacking. Read the stickies at the top of the Training forum and the Health & Nutrition forum. Then adjust your routine and diet as necessary.
Then, after you've done that, post your workout and diet for some critiquing.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
