    New boy from the uk

    Hey guys,

    Getting back into training keep training for a few months dont make sufficient gains and stop for ages then start again.

    Am a hard gainer looking to train dedicated this time - any help well appreciated.

    You could start off in the diet section and then make your way to the training forum for a routine. Welcome to IM

    Howdy,

    thats hello in Texas. I am on the same boat you are. Post your stats and goals. From what I have read setting goals down in writing will help you stay on track. Post your daily eating and excersise regimens and let all the knowledgable people here guide you. I am doing the same.
