I am using this forum as means for info and support to reach my goal of 10 lbs in eight weeks. I am hoping that by putting out there for the www to know, check up on and scrutinize I will be more motivated to finally do it. I also hope to get motivation from other newbies and hard-gainers in the forum trying to do the same. So here I am!

active lifestyle (I play about 9 hours of high intensity tennis a week, when weather permits. Stopping is not an option. I can not live without it)
