    Newbie here in Korea!

Hey guys. I'm just moved to Korea from California and I'm going to be needing your feedback and support in order to build a great body. Just wanted to say hello and I'm looking forward to being a part of Iron Magazine Forums.

<p>This was when I USED to workout.

Hey man, welcome to these boards. I'm new around here too but it seems like a great place so far. BTW, you were pretty ripped up man.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.

    Why Korea?

I'm actually from the bayarea and I've worked for a .com for about 4-5 years and decided to do something different with my life. Since I'm still young I decided to travel to Korea and experience my culture for a year. I'm currently working here as an English teacher and they provide me with housing and pay. Luckily there is a decent gym right under my apt so I'll be able to work out!!

    You lucky bastard!

You hinted that you no longer look like you did in that picture. That's no big deal. Your muscles will remember what you looked like, so you should be able to get back to the condition in no time!

If you don't know what "muscle memory" is, go read up on it.

And I fully expect you to bring me back some good kimchi!

about another group that actually does something
