I'm new to this forum, but I have been lifting for about 30 years. I am walking into uncharted territories, as bodybuilding at the age of 48 is much different then when I was lifting in my 20's. I look forward to hearing from others experiences.

There are plenty of lifters here over the age of 40. I think the title goes to Jim Snow (age 72). You should find some good help here.
