Hi,
Well, I have been training for a little over 6 years now. I love it! I don't compete, just train for the fun of it. My goal right now is to hit 155lbs on ATG squat's (currently at 135) and get to 200lbs on deadlift's (currently at 165). I still have a lot to learn..I guess that's why I like the forums, always interesting and intelligent people who know more than I do...![]()
