Newbie here just lokin to say hello.A liitlte about myself 25yr old Strongman looking to acquire as much knowledge as I can to help me at my sport.Been competing for the past 3 yrs and currently ranked 7th in the country as an amateur.

Damn I hope so cause I was all messed up before.I put on 5lbs of LBM just when I registered,instantly.
