As for my current stats:
I've been training regularly since Thanksgiving 2002 but always looking for new tips and tricks. I'm an actor and need to get my BF down after being a slug around the holidays when I was busy doing a play and entertaining a lot. I'm actually down from 24% BF on New Year's Day and looking to get in really great shape for an indie film I'm shooting this summer.
