    hey whats upp

Hey whats up? I'm new to these forums, anyways I'm 16 and just starting lifting about 3 weeks ago and really enjoy it. I'm about 5'10/5'11 and weigh about 135. I started lifting to help out in my swimming and just to get a better body for myself and the ladies lol. Anyways I'm taking two supplements after i workout, cell-tech i use this everyday either after swimming or working out, and mass-tech. I'm on here to try to get tips about gaining some pounds because I just can't seem to do it, so if you have any tips well that would be great. Thanks

Welcome. When I started lifting I was right where you are now. I was 16 years old, just under 5'11" and at 135 lbs, that was over 2 years ago. The most important thing you can do is eat. Check out the stickys in the diet and training forums.

Posting your exercise routine and daily diet would be helpful as well in case anyone wanted to give some tips.
