    hmmm

    hi guys,

just came by this forum while i was looking up some questions i had about the gym. I currently started going (since yesterday) and being thin that i am and having no clue how to use the gym so i asked for a program,

what he told me to do is arms, shoulders, and back one day and stomach and legs the other....with no warm-up running.

is this alright? i mean i shouldn't be doubting him but I've been told that one day you do back the other you do chest, on day biceps one day triceps and everyday work your abs as a warm-up with running.

i could be wrong, any advice would be good
I've been told that if you don't exercise right you can get hurt and thats the last thing i want

    thanks
